The bathroom gave me tons of problems.
First, I had cut up the wallpaper in about a hundred (or so it seems) pieces trying to fit it in another house. So I had to carefully piece together as much as I could to use in the bathroom.
Then when I put the pink tile in the bathroom, I realized (after gluing it in, securely, I might add) that you could see the wallpaper and tapewire through the tile! I'm going to mitigate that somewhat by putting the bathtub on the right against where the tapewire runs and a sink against the back, where the tapewire comes up for a light over the mirror. I guess I'm going to have to live with the wallpaper, though.
Then I decided to modpodge the tiles, to give them shine. All I accomplished was to collapse the tiles, unevenly, so they look like they all have dimples in them. What the Sam Hill?!? Something else I'm going to have to live with.
For this bathroom, I will probably buy a Renwal bathroom set and use that after it's painted over. Maybe I'll also have room for a cabinet next to the toilet where I can store toilet paper and other stuff.
