Made a half scale patio set for the Fairfield balcony. I've used etched metal parts as base and the details were sculpted with 'green stuff', after the assembly was dry I applied a coat of GW 'Chaos Black' primer to even out the surface and finished with a black semi-gloss enamel by Tamiya color.

Oh, that is just beautiful!  Never heard of green stuff before.  Wonder if they have it in this country.  Where did you get the etched metal parts?

Thank you! It's a wonderful material I tell you, fantastic for adding details to metal miniatures and really easy to work with. The puty dries slow so it's easy to mold and sculpt, and it's also great to fill in gaps. I've been using green stuff for years on pewter miniatures, holds solid forever just like metal, you can find it in most hobby shops and specially those dedicated to miniature army modelling. The etched metal pieces were cut by PPD services ;)

Thanks so much!  I found Green Stuff on Amazon and ordered some.  The things that you learn on this forum. :)   It looks as though you must have sent the designs to PPD and had them do the cutting?  You did a superb design job.  Honestly, they look like full-sized versions.

You're welcome ;) I did not make this design myself but yes they do custom cuts in any scale, you can probably find this kind of service in the US as well. Alternatively you can also use 3D printing services to get similar kind of components made out of plastic. I usually prefer metal because I find it easier to bend and shape to my will, but both materials are really nice for high detail minis on smaller scales.
