Playing with furniture placement and getting ideas. I added a 1/4" of foam core to the back wall, as it was just ridiculously deep. The room is still massive as far as dollhouse rooms go, so I'm a bit lost in many of the rooms with the freedom to put lots of things in them. That poor bed! I guess the glue has degraded, because every time I handle it, another piece falls off. I'll be taking it all apart and starting over. On a positive note, After digging through everything that came with it, and my own stash, I realized that I have very few pieces to buy to furnish it the way that I want, so suddenly, the budget got a whole lot bigger!

Isn't it crazy? Even after alterations, this room is still 17x13-ish. I'm struggling with wanting to cram everything in there, and keeping it kind of sparse. When I bought the house, every single room was just crammed full of random stuff, a lot of it will be sold, because I'll never use it, but still, the storage box for the contents weighs about 15 pounds!

YES...the SPACE is amazing, silly but maybe you should take out the foam core and use the ENTIRE space in my humble opinion.  You have chosen some really cool furniture and can put some lounge or sitting in that room.  Love what you are doing...keep going and photographing.
