Well, technically the first floor was first, but this was the first one I attempted with the pre-cut 1/16" thick wood strips.  Everything was stained in advance although some stain touch-up was required after installation.

I am so envious! I was too impatient with my first attempt and I'm not happy with them, so I will be redoing my floors in the Pierce. Yours are an inspiration.
