So I have been inspired by some cheery fabric for my great room rug, [ on its way ] to make a lemon or orange tree for the great room since its the sunniest brightest room. And to probably add more plants as well. I picked up these bushes at Hobby Lobby, I already had the bases, they look good out side by the doorway, but I also like the idea of a tree inside, I found a place where I can order the right sized lemons or oranges to add. Do you think boxwood leaves would be an ok substitute for a lemon or orange tree? The room on the end is not quite rolled into place and once the custom channel molding snaps over the doorway edges no imperfections are seen. Darn why didn't do that PRIOR to this photo?

I don't know why I love the topiary shape so much. :D  This looks lovely!

I think you could make a "never-was" -- your own version of orange or lemon tree.  I've fudged the details on mini plants to get the right feel without exactly replicating.

I may want more than one tree in this room at differing heights, so I will use this one and also try one of the other greenery balls, I saw another with an alternate foliage and the ball was a bit looser.
