Thank you!  Lemonade and iced tea served daily, after five we offer wine, too!  I look forward to decorating this house, but have to wait until I finish building it.

I'm not looking forward to that delicate paint job, that's for sure!   There will be a lot of touch ups.  I picked out one light creamy color, but it was so pale the decorative elements just disappeared.  So, it needs to be bit darker, certainly.  I think I've narrowed it down to some shade of gray or tan, or a grayish tan, or a tanish gray, or a greenish grayish tan, or..... I just don't know!  Maybe it will come to me in my sleep!

So CHARLESTON, lived there 3 years while late husband was in submarines.  SO Charleston!!!
