Blue Colonial reno started!

Decided that the blue house of the "Twin Colonials" needed to be removed from my attic and sold at my daughter's yard sale - as is.  Then I decided that in order to get a better price for it, I'd better at least paint the interior (the exterior was fine)....so the interior was painted and I stained the floors and the roof.... and then I decided that the shade of blue on the exterior should be a bit "happier"...  LOL I just can't help myself!  Trying VERY hard not to go overboard on this one!
