Nice view, You must tell us the name of this software program. I have had a few that worked well and some that did not.

Program: Sketchup.

But you have to draw everything from scratch.  Accept components from the 3D warehouse.

The chair, table, vase of flowers, pictures, & chandelier, etc. are all from their free 3D warehouse. :)
