Three floors. The second floor has a balcony above the porch, with French doors off the master bedroom (with bath and closet, maybe) and study/library.  The third floor will be three dormer Windows across the roof, with a second bedroom, bath and an artist studio.  (I'd love to purchase an artist's easel from you for the studio, by the way.  Dibs if one shows up in your Etsy Shop!)
