Lots of rehab needed but I am liking rehab work much more than building from scratch. I do not know manufacturer of this house but it is 30+ years old and been in a garage for 20 of those years.

This house is in the Houseworks Dollhouse Plan Book Build 3 Complete House Styles -- Victorian -- Colonial -- Georgian. 

Looks like yours is the Yorktown Colonial from picture on back cover.  The one I have is the Victorian which has a bay and porches.

Right now I am having a senior moment, but check out Real Good Toys.  I think they sold a shell kit.
