New proprietess

So this is the new proprietress of the brownstone. Got her for a song on Ebay... guessing b/c she was missing a leg, hair, and clothes. She's already got a new leg, hair is currently being styled, and we're hoping by the end of the weekend she'll be dressed properly as well as have those Bespaq corner chairs done with being reupholstered...

Btw, she's currently nameless -- and we're both open to suggestions!  ;)
