After work, I managed to get the last floor (second floor) out!!! So excited. Again, Minimal damage, completely repairable! Also managed to get the balcony off with a little help from my oldest son... I'll go ahead and confess that I had him hold the house while I took a hammer to the balcony. Nails galore. No damage to the house though!

Thank you!!! It got a little cool today (my phone says it's 65, but it feels like 50) so there will be no floor cutting outside tonight. But tomorrow I have high hopes of warmer temperatures!

I don't know how anyone survives up there! The farthest north I've lived was Newport News, Va... those winters nearly froze me to death!

I don't know how I survive up here either. When I was growing up in Massachusetts, I vowed I was never going to live in a cold place when I grew up, but I guess I was wrong! Virginia seemed like the tropics to us the two times we were there in February a few years ago!!!

I miss the Key West, weather... I think I only wore a coat once the entire time I lived there!!! I'm a strange one, I'll be the first to admit... but there's something about sleeves inside of a coat that drives me insane!!! I just can't do it. Oh man, and shoes and socks!!! Never.

All I can say is bless your heart. I hope it warms up for you soon!
