Creating smaller footprint house out of half of 1:12 scale Magnolia.  Using bits and pieces of wood from my stash to make modifications.  Creating a bathroom on a portion of the porch.  Will hinge the porch roof for access to room.

Both houses came out really cute! The bathroom reminds me of some rustic cabins we go to way up in the woods of Maine. They added bathrooms to tiny log cabins the same way, only you have to go out onto the porch to go into the bathroom door!
