Thanks Joel. They aren't up to your standards, but they aren't bad. There is a weird reflection on one of the legs of the trestle table, I don't know what caused that, and I didn't notice it until I uploaded it. Also, the "glass" in the hutch looks wavy here, but that doesn't show up in person either.

I never like looking at photos of the furniture, because it never looks as good as it does in person. (Maybe it's because I am using my cellphone).

I don't know about that I think they are very clean and well done.

I would love to do one of the highboys but at over $100 when they do appear on eBay seems a bit much.

Thanks Debora!

I was very lucky Joel, I bought the Highboy about 15 years ago. I think I paid about $20 for it way back then. That was when I bought all my furniture kits.

It's beautiful when it's made up, but I hate all those drawers. I have an awful time getting those HOM drawer pulls together!

Back in the old days, you used to be able to get furniture hardware that was much nicer anywhere they sold miniatures, but now you have to send for it. In order to make it worth the postage, you have to send for a lot more than just drawer pulls, and that hurts the wallet too much every time you need something small.

I don't bother with the scale of the drawers, unless there is a reason the drawer or cabinet will be displayed opened.  Also, you can spray paint the home drawer pulls with brass or gold paint to beef them up slightly.
