making the basic dress have been a lot of fun. Now to start the tweaking of it and add the steampunking details. I also need to decide upon the colour of the hat.

Her personality might dictate the styles and colors. For example is she sassy, demure, coquettish, provacative, a business owner, a housewife, etc. She appears quite dainty in your picture but looks can be deceiving.
