Creamcheese

This shows the finished shelf glued on the wall above the old fashioned sink.   This photo was taken before I installed an LED battery operated light above it.   Another photo to follow.......

Thank you.  I had almost forgotten my 3-D idea that I had done to the kitchen nook frame.   I had some extra pieces of wallpaper with the floral trim and so I snipped and snipped and then made a red paper ribbon that flowed down and so it came to be my flower garland in paper.   You can bet that I did this when the walls were still flat but it was fun to do it.   It's nearly hidden now that the walls are all up but still if one peeks inside you can see it.   Only the little dollhouse people will really get to enjoy it.

A few residents and one guest so far and lots of dogs, kittens, mice, turtles, a chicken, some birds and a goldfish (all rescued)!   Oh, what fun in our pretend world.

I love it!!I Think all of my houses have pets too.  So far there's rabbits and chickens - each in their  own  hutch or coop - dogs cats, little mice and birds and frogs.  Then there are the mouse servants and The Mad Hatters menagerie.  Didn't realse I had so many creatures till I thought it through.  Since most  are 2nd hand - I guess I could say they are rescued too.  The rest were made by a friend years ago when she did ceramics. ( Oh, and a few were holiday ornaments).
