We have been watching the PBS Masterpiece series ''Poldark'' Right from the start the Francis Poldark manor house is captivating to me. In episode 7 there was a glimpse of a black, carved , entry door. which I really love and trying to create something similar,  The actual house is Chavenage House . so this is along the lines of what I am thinking of, made with wood appliques I had on hand, the door needs aged a bit, I cant find my hinges and I don't have the right molding to frame around each carved applique, like the inspiration door,
