I though this was dropped and caused the damage but after looking more closer at it, I think it was just put together a little how to be nice crappy. Most of the spots just need new trim.

Yeah, My rehab SF had a balcony put in crooked as well. Exactly like this! ??? o.0

It would have been a major undertaking to get it out to straighten, so I just installed a new (straight!) railing that was able to cover the goof! You can check out my gallery to see what I did. http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/index.php?app=gallery&image=98072

Maybe you will be better at fixing yours than I was!
