San Fransican

So what is it with putting in the balcony floor crooked?  LOL  The SF I rehabbed recently had the same problem!

 

Doesn't look too bad.  Will you be changing the color scheme?  If you need any more of those corbels, I have a whole handful of brown ones I took off my rehab!  ;)

I think they dropped it, the foundation is a bit off and part of the roof on the tower is missing.  I like the blue, if I can clean it up I will keep it that color, but all the trim will have to be redone so I can get new windows in. 

Oh dear....I've been hoping to find a San Fran to rehab, so that I wouldn't have to build it from scratch. Now I think a scratch build is really the way to go. Yikes! That looks like a whole lot of work. Good luck!
