Outhouse - ready for use

CheckMouse

Couldn't have it looking bright and shiny, so I aged it a bit and painted the roof to match the house.

You mentioned about putting a person in this. You might find that you need a smaller one that you think. I found this model to run on the small side. My children dolls fit in nicely but the adults didn't.

Here are a couple pics I had taken.

You're right. I went back to the website to check the measurements and the seated man is 2" wide - but the doorway is only 1 5/8"  :(

I just brought the house inside, from my workshop, and placed the outhouse beside it. I'm very disappointed in how small the outhouse is! :(  It's supposed to be 1:12 but it's dwarfed beside the house!  And I don't have time now to make a new one.

Love the weathering and of course this is an "essential" addition for your little people.  One of my houses is still without a commode.  Have noticed the little occupants crossing their legs lately. . .   So even a smallish outhouse is good!
