Finished up the balcony railing today! Realized during dry fit that I really needed the awnings to break up the busyness of the railing and the windows. I just love awnings, so classic, although hubby doesn't agree, he does like this application!

This is such a cute build!  I love how you took this house and made it your own. That bay window/sunroom is dreamy and your kitchen is amazing.  You've done so many neat things, I can't wait for your tutorials.
