Thanks!  I actually made the parquet flooring and cut each individual piece of wood by hand.   I did draw up a pattern first on paper and then glued each piece onto poster board that I had made a floor pattern for to fit the room.  In some of my previous photos you can see how I did this.

 

Then I painted all the pieces and sealed it and then the whole piece was glued onto the floor in the dollhouse.   I mixed the paint to appear like it was a red chestnut stain and then used some more reddish color for contrast.   At first I was going to buy already made parquet flooring but because this room is not the usual rectangle and it would have been expensive to try to piece it together that's when I decided to try my hand at making it.   

 

The roof line I wanted to look like much of the attic area had wood beams so that's how that came about and I went crazy with the wallpaper trim but it was fun to do!
