As I began to think of furnishing the interior I couldn't envision getting much 1:12 furniture in here, so I decided to use a bit of my grandchildrens' (and mine, I admit it) collection of Calico Critters aka Sylvanian Families pieces. I whitewashed the floors. I found the ribbon technique for hanging doors after failing with those tee-niney hinges. It was about this time that my numerous searching for tutorials, etc. brought me to this GL forum.
