This was my first build. It was purchased as a project for my 10 year old daughter and I to do together but stayed in my closet for about 24 years. July 4th weekend, 2014 I decided to open the box and work on it with my 11 year old granddaughter (yep, my daughter's daugher:-)) In hindsight, if I had opened it all those years ago I probably would have reclosed the box in fear LOL. I still knew nothing about building and not too good with my hands but decided to tackle it step by step.

I just read all the delightful comments about your build. It turned out great. I like the exterior color combo.

Sue, I just saw this! I just bought this kit, and plan to turn it into a stone cottage, so was searching the forum for pics. I think you did a great job on the house, and I love that color combo that you chose! Very cheerful!

I love what you did with this, the colors are very playful and ooze happiness.

Thank y'all!  Feels so great to get a comment anytime, but especially a couple of years later:-)))
