stars At night
Another mermaid pattern, this time she has a little sister and a dolphin. Called "stars at night" from my pattern book. I like to think of it as either they're swimming through a moon and star reflection in the sea, or of jumping and being silhouetted against the sky. Wissmach and spectrum clear seedy for the moon (bubbly glass), spectrum deep steel/sky blue waterglass for the water/sky border, spectrum iridized raindrop for the "stars/water drops", spectrum mimosa for the blond hair, spectrum white/pink champagne for the fleshtones, spectrum seafoam green/white for the tail body, wissmach dark amber for the brown hair, gray for the dolphin, bullseye black/clear for the dolphin's fins & eye, and 2 different handmade glasses for the mermaid tailfins: I think one is a wissmach oceana, the mottled blue one; the other is an uroboros blue green ripple glass.
