DHLattice

Creamcheese

I went with white lattice for the porch. It really stands out. Still have to finish the kitchen steps in wood planks and trim above the lattice; probably in a red/magenta.

Those kitchen steps nearly drove me insane when I was first doing them. I asked about a hundred questions here on the forum before I finally had my "ah-ha" moment.

I remember when I first started the foundation that I also had a difficult time with those steps!   Painting and repainting all of the spindles and railing took a lot of time before I finally arrived at the color combination I was happy with.   Luckily I hadn't yet glued most of the spindles in which made the painting a little bit easier.   Thanks for your comments!

Yup!  And I'm back at it again but at least I only have a few spindles to paint this time and know the paint color scheme. It's for the 2 small 2nd floor porches that I enlarged slightly.  Hopefully I'll have them finished in a couple of days and can post more pics!   Thanks for your comments!

Thank you!  I appreciate your positive comments.  This Victorian dollhouse certainly will be colorful by the time I am finished.   Now I'm working on decorative exterior trim!
