CheckMouse

This is a little house I bought sight-unseen because my aunt called me from a Thrift Store and said it was "adorable" and only cost $20. So I gave her the okay to get it for me.

Because it is made from 2 wooden apple crates, I have named it "The Appleby Cottage."

I was disappointed when I saw it, because it is only 2 apple crates put together and sided and roofed with RL siding and shingles. I relegated it to the loft of my craft cottage and filled it with some catalogs and odds and ends.

At the beginning of the year I was doing some housecleaning, tossing unwanted and unused items from a previous business venture - and that involved emptying this little house. I decided to bring it down from the loft and use it as a more accessible cupboard.

Well ... once Missy got down to where she could see me ... she began to chatter and I began to listen! (Who says dollhouses don't talk to us?)
