So just by adding the wood paneling to this wall it seemed to call for having a fireplace here. I moved the stone fireplace from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor which had very limited wall space for furniture to the 3rd floor future study/sitting room between the art studio on one side and the guest bedroom on the other.

Alexander, you have always been so encouraging so thank you! It's funny because in this photo the mirror is actually in the process of falling over as the tape did not stick very well. I have to figure out how to get a tiny nail in the wall and secure it when things are finished.

Forgot to mention that the mirror was gold when I got it but I repainted it to make it appear as if it is mahogany. It works better for me in a wood tone.
