DH added a turntable to the top!

DH made a top and attached it with a lazy susan bearing. The Canterbury will have a place to park while it's in progress!

Oh my gosh you are giving me ideas! After seeing the painted pic last week I went yesterday and bought some spray paint for a similar utility-drawer unit I had gotten at a garage sale, that's been sticking out like a sore thumb. (Just plain ol' cream color for me, though. :) )

Now seeing yours with a nice top, I wonder if mine could handle something similar. I don't think so, but I'm going to mull it over...

Any more ideas I can repurpose?? :D

If your cabinet is made of steel, it could probably be done. Otherwise, a separate unit built and mounted to the top would work. And the detail crazy lady wants to paint the sheet of plywood underneath and paint the corners black to look like chunky legs.....Oy vey...(shakes head)
