Finally got my arms around this Orchid, (I think, and hope) hubby shudders whenever I talk about knocking holes in walls or knocking out walls completely, and, yes, we're still talking about 1:12 walls. Even so, trying to restrain myself, and, finally, figured it out - this Orchid is a "Guest House." That so explains it! Little cramped, but accommodating and comfy. I think I can do a Guest House.
