Woodshed
The woodshed, more like a lean-to, shows the red "corrugated tin" roof that all the buildings of this project sport, and a faux cement floor made by mixing a few shades of grey and black paint with a sanded acrylic medium. (The same effect could probably be achieved with actual sand mixed into paint, but I had some medium lying around so this is how I did it.) I spread the paint-sand mixture on a bit thickly, then scraped off, to get the look of a real hand-troweled cement floor.
This is one of those silly things miniaturists do... in the end, after the wood piles moved in, very little of that gorgeous floor shows. Well, at least I know it's there!
