SQUEAKY 354 Posted December 17, 2014 It is just one kit; the boathouse level is made from 3/8" plywood. The stairs are recycled from the dollhouse that I built for my daughter 38 years ago, she still has the house and my 2 grandsons still play with it. I bought a new staircase for her dollhouse as the rails and spindles were all broken. The openings are the ones on the roof and the sliding glass double doors, the boathouse has the double garage doors. Quote Link to comment
