WOW! O.M.G!!! That is fabulous! How did you ever make that?!

The base is a 3/8" wood square piece cut 1" long. Then a round 5/8" wood pc. is cut less than 1/4" for the bottom and below that are 2 star wood shapes glued together; that makes the base. I used a wood bead for the globe,and painted it all and antiqued it. A pearl bead for the finial. Lace and net shirred together for the shade, made a ribbon rose and 2 bows. The stork is one of those baby buttons, I cut off the back loop and add a wood block behind it and glue it to the base. I drill a hole through wood base and use a thin wood dowel to attach everything.
