Magazine storage rack

what is this marvelous storage unit and where can I get it?....love the paint storage possibilities on the side....

I bought it about 4 years ago from another expat leaving Dubai. Not sure if it was made by Ikea, but the style of the drawer handle cutouts certainly match my Ikea shallow/wide drawer units. Can't remember their name now.

I'm wondering if the weight will buckle the wheels?

It is a solid wood Ikea trolley with heavy-duty castor wheels directly on a base (no vertical piece that can buckle), and I'm not planning on loading it up with heavy metal tools, more like paint brushes, plastic clamps and all the other bits.
