Christmas Trees from Witch's Hats

The finished trees sparkle with the charms and stick-on "jewels" from Michael's, plus some leftover Mardi Gras beads that serve as ball ornaments.
The bases are a bit warped from painting with the gesso, but I have a plan. I've ordered two glass clock domes from Hobby Lobby (on sale, 50% off 
) that are just a bit smaller than the base. When they get here, I'll dampen the underside of the base and put the dome on top to flatten it. It should dry flat
