Lighting

DEFINITELY NOT too many! I can't wait until all the lights are installed and you can do a night shot! It'll look wonderful. And if you need to, you can always add another transformer. Hehe..

This is so real looking. You are going an excellent job. I just love this house. I agree with Cheverly, I can't wait to see it done and definitely not too many lights.

In RL we have all kinds of lights for all different purposes. If you want realism in miniature, it makes sense to copy what you who do in RL. I can't imagine living with only a light in the middle of the ceiling. It is such harsh light. Side lighting is so much more warm and inviting. Your lamps are lovely.

I couldn't agree with you more, Selkie! Overhead lights are a necessary evil in RL, and, as far as I'm concerned, are for utilitarian purposes, only, and absolutely never when guests are present, unless someone's lost a contact lense! Ok, soap box is neatly, although conveniently, stashed away. And, thank you, Selkie!

Thank you, Libby! My hubby thinks I have a lot of lights "staring you in the face" and he may have a point. I may need to try some indirect lighting. Mister Smarty Pants does give some great advice in most RL areas, so I won't totally disregard his opinion, but, I do retain my option to do just that!
