So, here we are thus far (where am I from?). I'm really trying to get everything ready for the third floor installation. This project is a renovation (partial) and I redesigned the third floor to accommodate two (bed)rooms and a full bath, not to mention changing the standard 45 degree roof line to a gambrel roof! As I've always believed, there is a thin line between ignorance and naivety!

By the way, that would be our garage in the background! In Texas, in summer! If I can just get that third floor on top! Then I can move this little home inside!

I hear ya about the garage, Im working in mine right now too...so hot its like an oven in the afternoon (even with the doors open) but I have to wait until Im at a less messy stage of the build to bring it in. Anyway, this is looking great, really enjoying seeing all of these pictures and the changes, designs that youre creating.

OMG, I know, just another couple of weeks and then I can move this into air-conditioned space! And, yet, this is a messy business.
