Painting the shutters

The shutters are gloss white, to match the trim, but I decided to add a chocolate brown accent around the edges, to match the window frames. This house is dubbed "Rose Cottage" for the auction but I think of it as "The Ice Cream House" because the color scheme reminds me of neopolitan ice cream.
