Smile Dad

Recently, in the forum post titled "What Made You Smile Today," I mentioned that my 91-year-old father was cutting a backyard shrub, and the handkerchief he wore over his mouth and nose made me smile, as I thought he looked like a mad mountain man with a chain saw. Since the sight of him made me laugh, I thought the picture was worth showing.

Dad covers his nose and mouth to avoid breathing in allergens. It's a good idea, but I think it makes him look like a a bandit or a mad mountain man, or something to that effect. - P.S. -- Dad built my first dollhouse from a Model Homes, Country House kit.

On second thought, I think he looks less like a bandit or madman and more like . . . like someone who is about to bash a dollhouse!
