This is where I'm leaving off for the day

Finally have the bricks looking better, and just noticed that the railing on the stairs warped when applying the paper clay, so i'll have to come up with something clever to hide that I guess. The kit rail has been modified to fit the smaller porch. I ended up taming the bricks with a couple of washes of camel and then four washes of burnt sienna applied throughout the day. I have one more wall to clay up and then the roof, and throw down the floors on the second story, then install the windows. I will have to make exterior frames as well as the clay is exactly as thick as the frames were lol.

the white part is scale balsa siding for the railroad buildings. it's a bit of a pain to work with, it curls and whatnot while you're gluing it down. I prefer the strip wood method.
