Dollhouse tudor tower

This is spectacular is it a kit? an antique or something else where did you come across the image? LOVE it

I do not know anything about the real dollhouse. I just found the picture in a Google search for Tudor styles. I don't remember what I had typed in exactly. I was looking for the shapes of authentic Tudor towers.
