Attic: Media area, bookends

These sets of matching bookends, dotted around the media area of the attic, are custom made from copper flats, bent into the L-shape, wooden bases beneath that, and jewelry findings, custom painted and put together to look like designer "ladybugs." Ladybugs are one of my daughter's big creature-obsessions, so I went on a hunt and made these for her one weekend while she was away.
