Distressed Drop Leaf Table

This was another fun furniture build! The top is made from walnut strips cut on my new mini table saw! Each leaf is hinged and has brackets underneath so they can but propped up of left down. The painted portions are constructed from basswood. I gave the paint an old cracked and peeling look which exposes the aged wood underneath. I think it came out very nice. Was going to add wheels to the base of the legs and a lock on the center of the drawer but I like it the way it is!
