This floor concluded my experiment with real hand cut marble and slate. It was a great skill to learn, however, I doubt I'll ever devote another house to so much stone. Since I saw a RL stove like this at Williams Sonoma, I'm pretending the stove has modern gas. The fridge is in an unseen pantry. The sink will have to do for now. A member of my mini club made the plates, they are replicas of my RL Blue Willow's. I purchased the hutch while at the Kensington Dollshouse show last Nov.

I cut real slate for a large (mini) roof a few years ago, I agree that it does make you want a loooooong break before ever thinking about it again. Your work in this kitchen is fabulous!
