The lattice was created using two-sided carving. On the front side of the board 1/8" horizontal grooves are cut half way down, then the board is flipped over - same cut but grooves are vertical.

The cage-like thing: I was trying to see if I could follow a path (in this case a circle) with the CNC drill tool - had to draw it in CorelDraw then copy the X/Y positions into the CNC software manually! Dang it again! Tedious, but it works. So I can make a ladder, bird cage or railing??

Carved table top: the carved part could be filled in with darker sawdust/glue or paint colored - to create an inlaid look? Could be used as a ceiling medallion. Also - patio paver designs?

Dry fit - doghouse with simple grooves for roof (shingles) & siding.
