Mystery Victorian

This 1:12 dollhouse was for sale at Peg's Dollhouses in the summer of 2014. She thought it was built by Jim Marcus, but I sent him the photos and he said it's not one of his. One telltale sign is that the carving was done with routers, not by hand. I never found out who built the house, but I held on to the pictures.

Hi, I know this article is quite a few years old but I'll ask my question anyways. Does anyone know more about this house? Was it custom made, from a kit, who made it, how old is it? I currently own one that is the exact match to this house. As I was researching I found two others like this house, so mine is not an original. I love my little house and would like to know it's history.
