This dollhouse was my first work in half scale, and after it is finally done, I am very please with the result, but I think I will keep switching from scales. Every one has its ups and downs, so I will answer to any one that makes me a strong call. I have to thank Sabrina whom unfortunately decided not to work in half scale and sold me the shell and must of the wonderful Bespaq pieces that I am showing around the house, Robin whom helped me tremendously with the landscape and lots of invaluable tips and advices and all of you from this forum that ALWAYS inspire, help and share the trove of knowledge that you posses. I made all the garden beds and window boxes, the palm tree, the fountain bed, the chimney, the curtains except the kitchen and bathroom ones, the matching bedding sets, and the bar bottles. The lady and the gentelman are from Mary Williams in UK, the Aunt Is by an Unknowm artist, and the maid and butler are from Edna Meyer. This is an affluent Edwardian couple with their maid and butler, who live in a tropical town, and are visited by an Aunt who came to gossip about something that happened in town. Refreshments are already served on the porch, the lady of the house is running to greet her Aunt, the lord of the house is inspecting his new billiard table because he loves to entertain with his friends, the butler is opening the front door to welcome his lady's Aunt and the maid is preparing the dinner carefully watched by the family's cat. Hope you like it. Enjoy!
