Today I got the Arrow house taken apart by soaking in a tub of hot water and vinegar. It took two hours. Some of the pieces that came off took some of the wood with it. I think I will let it dry overnight.

After taking the house apart, I decided that I am going to replace windows, trim, door and the interior stairs. Most of the plywood pieces soaked apart in the bath. These parts will be thrown away.

Today, I googled homemade paperclay. This search believe it or not brought me back to the forum. There was a thread about making paper mache and paperclay. I never thought about searching the forum. I think that I am going to test out the theory. I shred a ton of paperwork anyway. Since the paper is going to be painted. We shall see.
