Okay, after a very eventfull weekend ( two birthday parties for my 2 year old)I was able to get back to my house. I used the tissue/stucco method to cover the outside of the house. It is very pink. I am hoping the green trim will help tone it down alittle. It is the same pink I used on my daughters Laurel. It looks alot more pink on this little house. It seems to like it though. I ment to add that I used kleenex tissues ( no lotion) and a stencile brush to do the stucco. If you tear the edges it blends very well into the next sheet. Straight edges are harder to hide.

I tried something new for the stained glass. I used some transperencies. They are multipurpose. One side is smooth and the other has a texture. If you get it wet you can scrape the texture off. I left it on and used a sharpie and the kids markers. I think it came out pretty well. I have used gallery glass in the past and wanted to try something new this time. I like it because I can get the lines neater with the markers.

I really like how you are doing this house!

the pink is loud but when you get all the trim on it...I think it will tone it down and look wonderful!

cant wait to see more!
