:o tonight one of my friends showed up to visit.she said Y havent gotten very far on that house...I said well Im to the tedious point ahhh yes we are at the trim! but how much do I love 2 peice windows!!! ;) they looks so much nicer.now I dont know on anyone elses attic windows but mine were wonky.one side was thicker than the other....dont ask me B) but I didnt let it bother me. aahh but I jump forward....so she says come on and we spent 2 hours punching and sanding and primering and painting and installing all the outside windows. I prefer not to put in the windows themselves till I am finished with the inside.and than I had to see how my colors will work together and so we punched and sanded and painted shutters. and than I had to see how the frilly stuff will look so I punched primed and painted and installed a peice of it. wow! not bad at all if I do say so.it feels light and airy and cheerful. today I also opened my first corona furniture kit and made the pianoa picture of it is with todays photos. it is not finished ..just one coat of paint so far.ok photo 1 is how it looks as Im sitting here. I dont think you can see the lavender very well. the bays and the peak trim is Lavender....and before you think why is there black shutters? the foundation will also be black and maybe the roof....the final choice not made yet. photo#2 is how the inside looks tonight/this morning.the piano fits well in that window. and plenty of room for more furniture.nice size room. Photo#3 is of the staircase and the area where there was suppose to be tabs going into a slot...well mine just wouldnt do it! B) I cut them little buggers OFF!and you cant even tell it.it was a very enjoyable evening but why oh why couldnt she have come when I was ready for the balconys and porch??? B) this house would be a very good beginner house for anyone. its great and the instructions are not bad so far....no panic area yet.TTFN!nutti :blink:also note at this time the inside of the roof is painted with the textured paint and the roof is on and glued. all but the front part ...kept it loose till Im done with the windows there.....hey Im done now!! I get to glue more woohoo!
